Mr. Hitchcock has over 16 years of project and program management experience within the environmental consulting industry. He has served in an operation management capacity for ten years and is currently the Lafayette, TLI Solutions Louisiana Office Manager. He has managed multiple commercial client programs with international and national operations. His program management experience includes acquisition strategies, due diligence, risk management, phase I/II/III, reserve and escrow development, and general environmental consulting for normal facility operations, expansion, and divestiture. The propensity of Mr. Hitchcock’s environmental consulting experience has been geographically throughout Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. He has assisted his clientele in efficiently and effectively closing or divesting numerous surplus and active facilities through risk based closure strategies or clean closure. Mr. Hitchcock has a thorough knowledge of Louisiana’s Risk Evaluation Corrective Action Program (RECAP) and the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP). He also conducts environmental consulting services for clients in the oil and gas exploration and production industry for state specific oil and gas programs including the Texas Railroad Commission, Louisiana Dept. of Natural Resources, Mississippi Oil and Gas Board, Oklahoma Corp. Commission, Alabama Oil and Gas Board, and federal oil and gas programs including the U.S. DOI-Minerals Management Service and the U.S. Coast Guard.
