  TLIS Receiving PMP Certifications

April 2007

TLI Solutions has been hard at work elevating their already-strong management team. The managers among their ranks are increasing with men and women certified through Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification process. A candidate must pass an exam to become certified. Some prerequisites include 7,500 hours in a position of responsibility leading and directing specific tasks and 60 months of project management experience.

PMI’s PMP certification is the preeminent professional credential for individuals associated with project management. The PMP is designed to advance the project management profession and to recognize the achievements of individuals. In 1999, PMI became the first organization in the world to have its Certification Program attain International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 recognition.

TLI Solutions’ fifth project manager just passed the exam and is certified. This upward mobility elevates TLI Solutions’ position handsomely in their environmental consulting quests of solving problems, managing liabilities, and resolving conflict through their integrated analysis of environmental, technical, scientific, and information management issues.
