Both legal and technical staffs participate in environmental site assessments (ESAs) with highly specialized science, engineering, and legal capabilities to address a wide variety of environmental concerns. TLI has over 1000 Phase I ESAs, in at least 35 states, for a variety of clients. Our results help identify site contamination and potential environmental liability. ESAs identify the potential type and magnitude of contamination at a site and can be used to determine whether a piece of property requires remediation and whether it is a sound development opportunity.

TLI Solutions uses a systematic approach to data review to ensure a high degree of technical quality, efficiency, and consistency. In validating all media types and analyses, routine CLP analytical services are validated in accordance with the most recent version of the National Functional Guidelines for Organic and Inorganic Data Review, unless otherwise noted in the applicable work assignment.
