Issues comprised of both technical and legal elements. Both legal and technical staffs participate in environmental site assessments (ESAs) with highly specialized science, engineering, and legal capabilities to address a wide variety of environmental concerns. ESAs identify the potential type and magnitude of contamination at a site and can be used to determine whether a piece of property requires remediation and whether it is a sound development opportunity.
