Mike Anderson is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), with more than 35 years of experience with civil and environmental engineering projects. He has managed multimillion-dollar Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) investigations, engineering studies, and site cleanups, and he is a regulatory compliance subject matter expert. He has provided expertise to commercial clients as well as to Federal agencies, including the Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Energy, the Department of the Interior and the Environmental Protection Agency. He is a highly experienced program manager, currently overseeing a $70 million Environmental Remediation Services contract at the Pueblo Chemical Depot in Pueblo, CO, for the Corps of Engineers. Mike joined TLI Solutions in 2016 from Summit Technical Resources, a provider of specialized environmental services he co-founded in 1999.
Mike earned a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Utah State University, and a BS in Biology from Loyola Marymount University.
Chad is a Certified Project Management Professional, leading the company’s business development efforts, in addition to serving as Program Manager for Munitions Response. He has extensive experience managing and participating in Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) actions on munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) contaminated sites, as well as characterization and remediation/ cleanup projects involving soil, groundwater, and structures with munitions constituents (MC), and hazardous, toxic, and radiological waste (HTRW). He has worked with federal and state agencies, as well as commercial clients, throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, Austria, and Turkey. He is an officer on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Ordnance Contractors (NAOC).
Chad holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
Terry oversees all aspects of the company's day-to-day activities, including budgeting/ finance, staffing, contract execution, subcontractor performance , and quality of work products. He works with the company’s executives and managers in helping set the company’s overall strategy and direction. He also provides a variety of consulting services to government and private clients in areas such as data integrity/defensibility, QA and sample planning, statistical analyses, and CERCLA/RCRA regulation. Terry joined TLI Solutions from our sister company, TechLaw, Inc., where he served in various executive and management roles since 1998.
He holds a Masters in Communications Systems from Northwestern University and a BA in Biology from St. Olaf College.
