Tricia is Chief Operating Officer of TechLaw Consultants, Inc., the parent company of TLI Solutions. She has overall operating responsibility for TLI Solutions, coordinating and overseeing the company’s finances and human resources and providing corporate guidance and business strategy. A chemist with more than 25 years of environmental management consulting experience, she has wide-ranging technical expertise involving US EPA Superfund and hazardous waste site operations, regulatory strategy and investigation, and remediation management, as well as training of federal and state regulators. She is also responsible for the operations of TLI Solutions’ sister company, TechLaw (www.techlawinc.com) as well as AlterEcho, a private-sector consulting division of TechLaw (www.alterecho.com). She also serves on the TechLaw Consultants Board of Directors.
Dave is Executive Vice President-Operations. He provides more than 30 years of technical and management experience, with more than 20 years of expertise in program/project management under CERCLA, RCRA, and other federal, state, and local authorities addressing a wide variety of HTRW and munitions-related concerns. He has managed programs/projects supporting the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Environmental Protection Agency, state environmental agencies and private sector clients, overseeing projects ranging from $100,000 to more than $10 million. He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states and is certified as an Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Manager (CQM).
