Tricia is Chief Operating Officer of TechLaw Consultants, Inc., the parent company of TLI Solutions. She has overall operating responsibility for TLI Solutions, coordinating and overseeing the company’s finances and human resources and providing corporate guidance and business strategy. A chemist with more than 25 years of environmental management consulting experience, she has wide-ranging technical expertise involving US EPA Superfund and hazardous waste site operations, regulatory strategy and investigation, and remediation management, as well as training of federal and state regulators. She is also responsible for the operations of TLI Solutions’ sister company, TechLaw (www.techlawinc.com) as well as AlterEcho, a private-sector consulting division of TechLaw (www.alterecho.com). She also serves on the TechLaw Consultants Board of Directors.
Chad is a Certified Project Management Professional, leading the company’s business development efforts, in addition to serving as Program Manager for Munitions Response. He has extensive experience managing and participating in Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) actions on munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) contaminated sites, as well as characterization and remediation/ cleanup projects involving soil, groundwater, and structures with munitions constituents (MC), and hazardous, toxic, and radiological waste (HTRW). He has worked with federal and state agencies, as well as commercial clients, throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, Austria, and Turkey. He is an officer on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Ordnance Contractors (NAOC).
Chad holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
Dave is Executive Vice President-Operations. He provides more than 30 years of technical and management experience, with more than 20 years of expertise in program/project management under CERCLA, RCRA, and other federal, state, and local authorities addressing a wide variety of HTRW and munitions-related concerns. He has managed programs/projects supporting the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Environmental Protection Agency, state environmental agencies and private sector clients, overseeing projects ranging from $100,000 to more than $10 million. He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states and is certified as an Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Manager (CQM).
John has successfully managed a variety of federal and state environmental contracts and task orders for clients including the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Environmental Protection Agency, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, National Guard, US Air Force, and US Coast Guard. He is an expert biologist and statistician, overseeing teams providing support for laboratory and field analysis, data management/validation, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), historical records review and PRP search, GIS services, and human health and ecological risk assessment. He holds a PhD in Public Administration.
